Thanksgiving is a federal holiday in the United States celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November. This year Thanksgiving occurs on Thursday, November 23. Although this holiday doesn't occur until Thursday, Paramount scholars/students are off campus from Monday, November 20th to Friday, November 24th.

Thanksgiving is recognized as a day of thanksgiving and harvest festival, with the theme of the holiday revolving around giving thanks.
